How long does pin production take?
Pin production times vary based on the manufacturer and the speed in which they operate. Every factory gives rough estimates when a pin can be done. There may be unforeseen circumstances that could delay a pin during the production process. Typically each pin will take 3-6 months but, can potentially be longer due to extraordinary circumstances.
Will you have extras on hand after production?
Yes, there will always be a limited amount of extras available for purchase through www.pinbutlersinc.com.
Where can I get production updates?
Production updates are posted on our social media channels. Updates will always appear in Pin Butlers Inc. stories and highlights section titled “updates.” Make sure you follow us on Instagram for the most up to date information.
How do pre-sales work?
A limited amount of presale spots will be offered on occasion. By purchasing a presale, you understand that you are helping to fund pin production. You also understand that pin production times can vary. All presale buyers will be guaranteed the best quality grade of the batch.
How should I prepare for a drop?
We recommend for you to create an account through www.pinbutlersinc.com. You can save your information which will allow you to check out quickly.
Do you offer trades?
Yes, we usually put aside 1-2 pins for trades only after the pins are in hand. Presale buyers will get the best quality pins.
Do you accept returns and offer refunds?
We do not accept any returns. Presale buyers understand it can take up to 12 months for pin production.
My purchase was lost in the mail or damaged, what should I do?
Pin Butlers is not responsible for lost or damaged mail. By purchasing, you agree to this policy.
My purchase is taking longer than expected to arrive, what should I do?
First Class Mail usually takes 5-8 business days. Priority Mail is faster at 3-5 days. Delays might occur due to the holidays or unforeseen circumstances. Please contact your local post office if you are experiencing delays.
