There may be unforeseen circumstances that could delay a pin during the production process. Typically each pin will take 3-6 months but, can potentially be longer due to extraordinary circumstances.

Yes, we usually put aside 1-2 pins for trades only after the pins are in hand. Presale buyers will get the best quality pins.

We do not accept any returns. Presale buyers understand it can take up to 12 months for pin production.

First Class Mail usually takes 5-8 business days. Priority Mail is faster at 3-5 days. Delays might occur due to the holidays or unforeseen circumstances. Please contact your local post office if you are experiencing delays.
